I have no car and I can't go anywhere. All the places I want to go, it all need a car. I just stay at home, go around the city. That's it. But I have lovely friends, who spent their precious time to take me to somewhere far from city on Sunday last week.
My Sunday was mixed!
Thursday + Friday: Planning....
My friends and I planned to go to Snug Falls on Sunday. We searched online, the place is not too far from city and very beautiful. We was so excited for the trip.
Sunday: Snug Falls, I'm coming.....
I left very early and waited for my friends at a meeting place before we went together by cars. They were late! (haha). After divided the cars, we had 3 groups caused we have 3 cars and 5 people in each car. We started to go to Snug Falls.
I believed in my friends, I said “ Please take us to Snug Falls safely”.
After that, he suddenly stop the car and said “ the car has some problems, I tried to press down the accelerator of a car but it doesn’t work”. Oh well, at that time, we were at the middle of main street. A long line car blasted their horn to make us move on, however, sorry! we couldn’t move. Then, a lovely lady helped us push our car on the sidewalk.
My friends run to buy some fuel, but the car was seem want to have a break, it doesn’t want to move. We end up call the insurance. They came after one hour and did something and the car worked again. We had been in the street for around almost 4 hours and our group hadn’t started our trip yet, while other group called us that they already finished, they had been Snug Falls, enjoyed the air there, took a lot of photos. How about our group???? We still haven’t know what is Snug Falls yet, while they were already done! Then I thought “Ok, let’s go home, I’m so tired”.
The other group called us, and said they had another plan at the beach. Then we went to Blackmans Bay to meet them. I came earlier than them, of course! But it was so cold, dam, I swear I couldn’t breath because of the wind and I was tremble with cold.
Because of that, we moved to the other place - Waterworks Reserver.
WOW, I felt satisfied when we was there, it was warm with sun, we did BBQ in front of a beautiful riverbank. We played Uno play-card. Actually, we didn’t know how to play the Uno, even my friend who brought the Uno play-card to us. We kept playing and searching the rule. We end up to play again and again a lot of time until the food was ready to enjoy. We stay together on the grass and enjoyed our food. It was so good. We chit chat and a Wallaby was appeared. I tried to talk and take it some food, but it might be scared us and run away.
After lunch, we started to go around the reserve, deep in the forest while other boys was playing soccer with some kids. We talked and made friends with each other, took some photos, then finished!
We went back to home at noon and we were so tired. We played music in the car and reminded about “the excited event” in the morning. It was so funny, but memorable.
I felt like going out side on Sunday with good weather is the most wonderful thing in my life, instead of sleeping through most of the morning and do nothing!
